Gross has represented plaintiffs in some of the most high-profile recent price-fixing and bid-rigging cases, including: In re Municipal Derivatives Antitrust Litigation; International Air Transportation Surcharge Litigation; In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation; and In re Puerto Rican Cabotage Antitrust Litigation, where Stuart was appointed to the economic experts sub-committee of the plaintiff’s steering committee. Our firm represents San Mateo County and a proposed class of other indirect purchasers of plasma-derivative protein therapies in an antitrust action alleging a multi-year conspiracy to restrict output and fix the prices of the life-saving drugs Ig and albumin in the United States. The case is pending in the Northern District of California.

In Re Sony Gaming Networks and Customer Data Security Breach Litigation

Our firm represents individuals in litigation arising out of the failures of Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, Sony Network Entertainment International, LLC to adequately protect the sensitive personal and financial data of their customers. The litigation seeks relief on behalf of individuals whose sensitive personal and/or financial data was made public as a result of these failures. The case is pending in the Southern District of California.
