COMMERCIAL
Gross Law represents businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial contexts. These include disputes between current and former business associates, asset and business ownership disputes, shareholder litigation, disputes arising out of merger, acquisition, and business investment contexts, insurance coverage matters, vendor contract disputes, lease financing disputes, natural resource access and licensing, and risk and cost management in a variety of contexts.
Gross Law’s managing attorney Stuart G. Gross has represented both plaintiffs, defendants, and third parties in a broad range of often complex commercial litigation. In the process, Stuart has developed a strong record of success and an understanding and appreciation of the different interests that clients bring to commercial litigation. Gross Law is able to leverage both to achieve the particular results our clients seek.
Stuart Gross is admitted to the bars of both California and New York, and actively practices in the federal and state courts of both jurisdictions as well as numerous other jurisdictions by special admission. This flexibility as to forum can be an essential tool for both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes.
